Your items will be shipped between 1-2 days working days after payment confirmation, if your items are ready. Your items will be shipped between 3-10 working days after payment confirmation, if your items still pre order. All custom orders are not eligible for return. We can help you alter the dresses; free one time alter*. (at customer’s cost)
